Terms and Conditions: BagEZ

In these terms and conditions page, we describe the contract you, the client or buyer, agree to with the sellers of the BagEZ holder. Bagez products are guaranteed against workmanship defects for 30 days, and against manufacturing and structural defects in the welding and joining of the metal components that comprise the frame, but not for paint chipping or any rusting.

Powder coating is more robust than paint but has its limitations. If the metal gets scratched and is left unprotected, that exposed area will rust and spread quickly.

Aspects to consider when determining the longevity of powder coatings include the environment, salt, pollution, general deposits, etc.

A straightforward regular maintenance program should be implemented to ensure the removal of any residues and extend the practical life of your powder coatings. As a general rule, cleaning should take place every six months.

The frame may develop slight bending over time due to the weight of the bags; this is normal and will not interfere with the functioning of the Bagez.

Terms and Conditions: Product Use

Do not let anyone unfamiliar with the unit use it, as improper use may result in bags tearing, splitting, or damaging the garbage bin or personal injury.

Terms and Conditions: Return Policy

• Return the Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning your Bagez unit. RGA requests can be made up to fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
• All products must be inspected upon delivery. All damage should be documented on the delivery bill.
• For any returns, never ship items back without obtaining an RGA number from customer service.

Terms and conditions: Wholesale / Custom Orders

Special or wholesale orders, once ordered and in production, cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

The customer pays shipping/ delivery/returns costs. The total invoice amount may NOT include freight charges. Bagez may ship using various carriers. Delays may occur and are out of BagEZ's control once in the couriers' hands, similar to the customer choosing a carrier that suits them best, in the event of returns.

Costs may vary depending on the volume and weight of ordered products and your location.

• All freight charges are prepaid and may include taxes unless other arrangements are made.
• Most products ship within 1–7 business days. Other items may have a 3–4-week lead time.

During delivery, inspect the package before accepting it. If damage is noticeable, please mark “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing.

• All orders must be paid in full before the date of shipment.
• Return policy for unsatisfied customers: Any customer unhappy with the product has thirty (30) days to return it.
