In order to receive a full refund for this type of purchase, both the qualifying item and the free item must be returned at the same time. If you return the qualifying item only, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the prorated value of the free item as indicated below or on the order invoice. Returned items must be in the original packaging and unused to qualify for the refund. A two (2) day period will we offered to qualify for the refund, if products are purchased during a promotion.
